Team Store Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I missed the store deadline. Can i still place my order?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot accept any late orders on any team store. Once a store closes, all orders are immediately placed with the manufacturer and produced together.
Q: I need to make a change to an existing order. What can I do?
A: You may make changes to your order any time between when the order is placed and the closure of the store. Either give us a call at (916) 483-2352 or shoot us an email at and we will be happy to assist you.
Q: I received my order and one or more of the products is/are incorrect or damaged. What can I do?
A: If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order and we will be happy to fix, replace, or refund any and all damaged or incorrect items. Please note that items can only be replaced in the color/size combination on your original order.
Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: All products on a team store will have an accompanying size chart that you can view prior to purchase. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless you receive product that is damaged or different than what is on your original order.
